November 1953 Established under the name of Watanabe Shoten Ltd. with capital of 400,000 yen for sales of automobile parts
April 1955 Reorganized into a joint-stock company and renamed Fujiura Gomu Shoji Co., ltd. Capital increased 800,000 yen to 1,200,000 yen.
May 1955 Appointed agent for NAGOYA RUBBER CO., LTD. (renamed TOYODA GOSEI CO., LTD. in 1973)
November 1955 Established Osaka Branch for development of new market
October 1957 Capital increased 800,000 yen to 2,000,000 yen
January 1958 Established Fukuoka Sales Office for development of new market
